II. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

EDICIONES MAYO, SA, as the manager of this website and in accordance with the provisions of current data protection legislation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Spanish Data Protection Act (Law 3/2018, of 5 December 2018 - LOPDGDD), and Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), has implemented all technical and organisational security measures necessary for to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data provided.

III. PURPOSE

For the purposes set forth in the GDPR, EDICIONES MAYO, SA hereby informs you that any data provided voluntarily will be added to our information systems for necessary commercial and administration processes with website users; these handling processes are as follows: responding to consultations and/or providing information required by the User; providing the services and/or products contracted or purchases by the User; all activities performed by the EDICIONES MAYO, SA indicated in this legal notice, and the posting of website newsletter. For each of these purposes, the User will be required to complete a data application form and to provide express prior acceptance of the Legal Privacy Policy Notice relating to that form in particular.

The User declares that he/she has been duly informed of the personal data protection conditions, and hereby accepts and consents to the automated handling thereof by EDICIONES MAYO, SA in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.

X. PHOTOGRAPHS

We also inform you by way of this Privacy Policy that all photographs on the website are the property of EDICIONES MAYO, SA:, including those of minors, for which prior consent has been obtained from parents or legal guardians via the signing of forms to this effect at the centres to which said minors belong. However, the parents or legal guardians of the minors, as the executors of their rights, may deny permission for the images to be used in writing. In this case, the image will be pixelated.

XI. EXACTITUDE AND VERACITY OF DATA

The User is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data submitted to EDICIONES MAYO, SA; waiving any liability of the Provider in this regard. In any event, Users guarantee and will respond for the exactitude, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep it updated. XII. CONTENT OF WEBSITE AND LINKS

EDICIONES MAYO, SA reserves the right to update, modify or remove information on the website, and may even limit or refuse access to information.
EDICIONES MAYO, SA cannot accept any liability for the information contained in third party websites accessed via links posted on any site owned by the Provider.
The use of links is for information purposes only and does not constitute any recommendation, invitation to or acknowledgement thereof.

XIII. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

EDICIONES MAYO, S.A. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to any new legislation or regulations.

XIV. COMMERCIAL MAILING

As per the LSSICE, EDICIONES MAYO, S.A. does not send SPAM, and therefore will not send commercial emails unless previously requested and authorised by the User. Consequently, using the website form or the registration form for a particular service, the User can expressly consent to receive our Newsletter, regardless of the commercial information requested at any particular time.

XV. LEGISLATION

For all effects, the relationship between EDICIONES MAYO, SA and Users of its online services on this website are governed by applicable legislation and the parties expressly submit to Spanish law. Any conflicts arising from or relating to its use will be resolved via the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
